Makayla Manners, a 4-year-old girl from Yonkers, NY, tragically died on May 25, 2015, after accidentally shooting herself in the face with a semi-automatic handgun. The incident occurred in the family's apartment on Walnut Street. According to police reports, the shooting was self-inflicted and accidental. Makayla was immediately taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries four days later.
