Lucas Booker, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on January 31, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found in the basement of a residence on the 4900 block of Rorer Street in Feltonville, having been transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred just moments before 3 a.m., after Lucas had returned home from spending time with family and friends.
