In the early moments of a cold Monday morning, the quiet of a Philadelphia neighborhood was shattered by violence. On February 8, 2021, inside a residence on the 500 block of West Hill Creek Drive, 24-year-old Steven Williams, a Black male, was found shot multiple times. Responding to a call just before 1 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers discovered a tragic scene within a bedroom of the home.
