Steven Williams, a 24-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found shot multiple times inside a residence on the 500 block of West Hill Creek Drive. Alongside him, Jehesel Garcia Colon, a 23-year-old Hispanic female, was also discovered with a gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene.
