On August 23, 2024, 32-year-old Kyshon Parson-Wright was fatally shot on the 600 block of North 12th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 6:18 p.m. and found Parson-Wright along with a second victim. Both individuals were transported to Jefferson Hospital, where Parson-Wright was pronounced dead at 9:31 p.m.
