Lisa Goy, a 48-year-old woman from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2021. The incident occurred in Plains Township, where Lisa and her husband, James Goy, were fatally shot by their neighbor, Jeffrey Spaide, during a heated argument over snow shoveling. Spaide, a 47-year-old decorated Navy veteran, had a history of disputes with the Goys, particularly regarding snow disposal.
