Foraroude Banks, a one-year-old child, tragically lost their life on September 25, 1982, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Foraroude was the son of Dorothy Lyons and George Banks. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head. Foraroude's death was part of a larger, horrific event that day, as George Banks, a former prison guard, went on a killing spree that resulted in the deaths of 13 people, including seven children.
