Julian Carter, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Turtle Creek, PA, tragically died on March 6, 2021, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was found lying facedown in the street in the 7600 block of Frankstown Avenue in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood with a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred early Saturday morning, and Julian was pronounced dead at the scene.
