Tyree Oliver Smart, a 16-year-old male from York, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on March 27, 2021. He was fatally shot in the back while walking in the 300 block of West Newton Avenue. Despite immediate efforts to resuscitate him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The York County Coroner's Office confirmed that Smart died from chest wounds caused by the gunshot.
