On the morning of September 22, 2021, Joseph Johnson, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot in Philadelphia's Spring Garden neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. on the 3200 block of Brandywine Street. Responding officers from the Philadelphia Police Department discovered Joseph Johnson with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. He was promptly transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly before 11 a.m.
