Keith C. Pullen Jr., a 39-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. Keith was fatally shot while on the 2700 block of North 26th Street. When Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene at around 10:35 p.m., they found Keith suffering from two gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts to transport him to Temple University Hospital, Keith was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The incident also left two other victims, a 38-year-old Black male
shot in the calf and a 52-year-old Black male shot in the arm, both of whom were treated and placed in stable condition. Keith, who resided on West Dauphin Street, was known affectionately as "Smack" and was remembered for his sense of humor, love for sports, and dedication to his family.
As of now, the case remains unsolved, and investigators are actively seeking information from the public. The Philadelphia Police Department has urged anyone with relevant details to come forward and contact them at 215-686-TIPS . The hope is that new information will help bring justice for Keith and closure for his family and friends.
