Peter Bernardo Spencer, a 29-year-old Jamaican immigrant, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2021, in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Spencer was invited by a former co-worker to a remote cabin in Venango County for a weekend getaway. The night took a deadly turn when Spencer, who had ingested hallucinogenic mushrooms and marijuana, began acting erratically.
