Donald Dale, a 58-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically murdered on January 28, 2022. He was found in the 3800 block of Poplar Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. The Philadelphia Police Department responded to the scene at 4:17 p.m. but despite their efforts, Dale succumbed to his injuries.
