Turay Thompson, a 13-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot multiple times while sitting in the passenger seat of an SUV parked on the 4900 block of Hoopes Street. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m., and despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Turay succumbed to his injuries two days later on April 6, 2022.
