Kyleek Williams, a 17-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on October 19, 2021. He was fatally shot while handling firearms with friends in the basement of a home in the Olney neighborhood. According to police reports, Williams and his friends were playing with at least two handguns when one of the guns accidentally discharged, striking Williams in the abdomen. He was immediately taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
