Qua-dell Nyzhon Spradley, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Reading, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2022. Qua-dell was born on July 27, 1996, and was employed as a health insurance agent for PCOA for eight years.
