David Frankhouser Jr., a 25-year-old male from Reading, PA, tragically died on June 4, 2016. He was pronounced dead at Reading Hospital & Medical Center after undergoing emergency surgery due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on Penn Street in downtown Reading. Frankhouser was identified as a member of a gang associated with the Crips.
