In the early hours of Labor Day, September 5, 2022, a tragic shooting shattered the peace on the 700 block of West Russell Street in Philadelphia. Among the victims was 19-year-old Christopher Diaz, a Hispanic male who resided on North Marshall Street. The violent outburst resulted in Diaz suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
