Death by Force

On July 10, 2023, at approximately 7:51 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 1000 block of Brown Street, where they discovered 18-year-old Martin Moses inside a silver SUV. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Officers promptly extricated him from the vehicle and transported him to Jefferson Hospital. Despite the medical team's efforts, Martin Moses succumbed to his injuries that night.
