On March 11, 2023, 31-year-old Robin Jay Strong Jr. was fatally shot at the Mustang Inn located at 16021 North Freeway in Harris County, Texas. Authorities discovered Strong with a gunshot wound in one of the motel rooms; he was transported to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
