Trina Denise Avery, a 15-year-old girl from Willoughby, Ohio, tragically lost her life on April 17, 1989. Trina, along with her parents Dennis Avery and Cheryl Avery , and her siblings Rebecca Lynn Avery and Karen Diane Avery , were murdered by cult leader Jeffrey Lundgren and his followers. The Avery family was invited to Lundgren's home under the pretense of friendship, only to be led one by one to a barn where they were killed.
