Karen Diane Avery, a 6-year-old girl from Willoughby, Ohio, tragically lost her life on April 17, 1989. She was one of five victims in a horrific crime orchestrated by Jeffrey Lundgren, who led Dennis and Cheryl Avery and their daughters, Trina , Becky , and Karen, to a muddy pit. The victims were bound with duct tape, shot, and then buried in a common grave.
