On November 16, 2023, Laura Colon, a 62-year-old property manager of Mentor Green Mobile Estates in Willoughby, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed during a violent incident that unfolded in the mobile home park. The Mentor Police Department received a 911 call reporting shots fired around 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, officers found Colon deceased in the roadway, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
