Marvin Duane Brown, a 73-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was found shot to death inside his hunting cabin outside Powhatan Point, Ohio, on November 18, 2013. Marvin was a well-respected member of his community, having served as the mayor of Powhatan Point in 1984 and 1985, and was known for his involvement in local businesses and the American Legion.
