Marvin Duane Brown, a 73-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was found shot to death inside his hunting cabin outside Powhatan Point, Ohio, on November 18, 2013. Marvin was a well-respected member of his community, having served as the mayor of Powhatan Point in 1984 and 1985, and was known for his involvement in local businesses and the American Legion. The autopsy report revealed that Marvin had been shot once fatally in the back, and law enforcement officials suspected a Highpoint 9-mm hand ...
