Kareem Howell, age 23, was found with a gunshot wound on January 16, 2016, in the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Police responded to reports of a person down on a wooded trail behind the 3100 block of Bracken Woods Lane. Upon arrival, they found Kareem Howell, who was critically injured. He was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
