Terrence James Lee Womack, a 16-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on January 28, 2013. The incident occurred at the St. Leger Apartments, located at 3277 Gilbert Avenue. Police responded to reports of a juvenile being shot at approximately 7:07 PM that evening. Upon arrival, District 2 officers found Terrence lying outside the entrance to the apartment complex, where he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
