Gregory Douglas, a 30-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2015, in Cincinnati, OH. The incident occurred in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, specifically in the 1400 block of Vine Street. Gregory Douglas was shot after an argument with Darnell Higgins, a 28-year-old resident of Over-the-Rhine. Witnesses reported that Higgins chased Douglas and shot him during the altercation.
