Harold Dupuis was last seen on October 15, 2017, drifting uncontrollably in the St. Lawrence River, about 0.8 kilometers off the Ste-Anne-des-Monts wharf in Quebec. At the time of his disappearance, Harold was working on a fishing boat and accidentally fell overboard.
