Joe Early, a 40-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically found dead on November 27, 2016, in the Roselawn neighborhood. Early was discovered on the 7800 block of Dawn Road by police who responded to a report of a shooting. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
