On March 24, 2004, 17-year-old Anthony Frakes was shot and killed at 127 East Clifton Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred in the evening, around 8:15 p.m., in an alley near the address. Despite being transported to the hospital, Anthony succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. Anthony was the beloved son of Belinda Washington and Peter Frakes and was remembered by his family and friends, including his siblings and extended family.
