In the early hours of April 28, 2023, 25-year-old Ryan Healey was fatally shot near the intersection of Main Street and McMicken Avenue in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Responding to reports of a person down around 2:54 a.m., officers found Healey with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
