Death by Force

Marquel Rakim Tolliver, a 22-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2015. He was one of two victims in a shooting incident that took place in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati. The other victim, Ray Wilson, aged 23, was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The incident was part of a larger outbreak of violence in the area, which saw multiple shots fired and resulted in the deaths of both Tolliver and Wilson.
