Elijah “Beans” Hicks, a 20-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Hicks was found with gunshot wounds in the 3100 block of West Liberty Street just after 9 p.m. Emergency responders from the Cincinnati Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. His death marked the second homicide of the year in Cincinnati, occurring just two miles from another fatal shooting that had taken place two days earlier.
