Ambrose Foster III, a 39-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on September 2, 2013, in the 1600 block of Race Street in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Foster was in the process of renovating a shoe store when he received a phone call and stepped outside to see who it was. He was gunned down shortly after. The Cincinnati Police Department has been investigating this case, but it remains unsolved.
