Tommy Powell, a 21-year-old male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on December 26, 2014. He was a victim of a shooting incident that occurred in the Villages of Rural Hill and Bay Apartments. The incident began as an armed robbery attempt, and Powell was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
