Damarcus Duffy, a 26-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on October 21, 2023. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, specifically on Walnut Street near E. Liberty. Initially, when police arrived at the scene, they did not find any victims. However, shortly after, Duffy was transported to Christ Hospital by a private vehicle with a gunshot wound.
