Damarcus Duffy, a 26-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on October 21, 2023. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, specifically on Walnut Street near E. Liberty. Initially, when police arrived at the scene, they did not find any victims.
