Lamonte Marqueze Scruggs, a 27-year-old resident of Covington, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on Sunday, February 11, 2024, in a shooting incident that occurred outside a downtown Cincinnati nightclub. Born on January 1, 1997, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Scruggs was found by police officers responding to reports of a shooting in the early hours of that fateful Sunday.
