Tirrell De'Arius Lewis, an 18-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2014, after being shot in the chest. The incident occurred in the South Cumminsville neighborhood, where Lewis was found by authorities. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
