Matthew Rucker Jr., a 37-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 27, 2018. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident, while another victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated by Cincinnati police as a homicide.
