On October 12, 2024, at approximately 9 p.m., 48-year-old Delrico Hill was fatally shot in the 800 block of Hutchins Avenue in Cincinnati's Avondale neighborhood. Responding officers found Hill suffering from gunshot wounds; he was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
