On the evening of August 9, 2024, Christian Donaldson, a 42-year-old Black female, was found fatally shot in her vehicle in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 6:08 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Lombard Street. Officers from the Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department responded to a report of a firearm discharge and discovered Donaldson inside her car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene
and transported Donaldson to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later. Homicide detectives were called in to lead the investigation due to the severity of her condition upon being found.
Christian Donaldson was a mother of three children. In the wake of her death, her family has mourned their sudden and tragic loss. As of now, the Baltimore Police Department has not publicly identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with the shooting.
