Renika Howard, a 25-year-old mother from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on January 10, 2019, in the Cherry Hill neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. on Fisk Road, on the same day her 7-year-old son was celebrating his birthday. Responding officers found Howard suffering from gunshot wounds to her upper body.
