Brian Thompson, a 27-year-old father, was shot and killed on June 24, 2012, in the Lower Price Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The shooting occurred across the street from Oyler School, which Thompson had attended as a child. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time, according to his fiancée, who witnessed the tragic incident.
