Zachary Taylor Walton, a 14-year-old boy from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on August 29, 2018. According to reports, Zachary accidentally shot himself while on a FaceTime call with friends. He was holding a gun, unaware that it was loaded, when it accidentally discharged, hitting him in the face. His friends immediately called 911, but despite their quick response, Zachary was pronounced dead at Mercy Hospital.
