On June 27, 2019, 37-year-old Jerome Young was tragically shot and killed in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. on Back Street, where Young was walking with a woman. Surveillance footage from the area captured the moment several shots were fired, and Young fell to the ground.
