On March 26, 1992, Floyd Davis, a 23-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot in the basement of his home at 3455 Jay Street. The shooting took place in the late evening, and Davis was found with a gunshot wound in the residence. According to reports, the suspect was described as a Black male.
