Adam Todd Stephens, a 31-year-old male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on September 18, 2015. He was fatally shot at the intersection of Corbly Road and Salvador Street in Mount Washington, Cincinnati, just before 3 a.m. Stephens was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
