Xang Thao, a 32-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the parking lot of Vientiane Cafe, located in South Sacramento. Thao was one of four men who were struck by gunfire following a physical altercation inside the cafe.
