Alton Duncan, a 34-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2016. The incident occurred in the late evening around 10:10 p.m. on the 4600 block of 11th Avenue, near Stockton Boulevard. Sacramento police responded to reports of a shooting and found Duncan suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound in front of a home. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Duncan was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
