Victoria L. "Vicky" Simpson Shugar, a 61-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically murdered in her home in Brockway, Pennsylvania, in April 2010. She and her husband, Wayne Shugar, were found shot to death in their basement. The couple had been well-known in their community, with Wayne being retired and Vicky owning a flower shop. Their deaths shocked the small town, leaving residents in fear and mourning.
