On September 25, 2011, Michael Henderson, a 31-year-old African American male, was found deceased inside his vehicle at 3410 Cleveland Court in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the scene around 3:00 PM, where they discovered that Henderson had suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Witnesses at the scene indicated that the vehicle had been parked there for approximately a day before authorities were alerted.
